Founder
After distinguished service as a U.S. Army Special Operations helicopter pilot, Tim was passionate about creating a purposeful company that embodied the same characteristics that made his military unit so successful – teamwork, passion, camaraderie, purpose, and commitment. Together with his wife and business co-founder Nicky, they achieved that with True North Legacy Group.
In four short years, True North Legacy Group has grown to be one of the premier agencies in the country, changing lives for good for both clients and team members. With a heart of service and helping others succeed, Tim remains committed to growing True North, while creating a lifestyle for his family that will enable them to help others as well.

Founder
Promoted to business manager at multiple jobs had not provided the true purpose Nicky was seeking. She wanted to help others, grow a business to provide a better lifestyle for her family, and find the work-life balance she needed raising her children with her husband, Tim. As they left a fulfilling life of service in the U.S. Army, they seized the opportunity to grow just such a business –True North Legacy Group.
Today, Nicky and Tim have helped thousands, leading TNL to be one of the top producing agencies in the country. They do it with infectious enthusiasm and authentic joy. Nicky manages day to day operations of the business and mentors new team members.
